Mystery Object #6


Can you identify this item? Soldiers at the time of Lewis and Clark were expected to use one of these at least every three days.

  15. Answer: This is a straight razor. It is used for shaving. It’s not known if the men of the Expedition shaved every three days, but they might have. However often these were used, they could be dangerous…especially if they got dull!
